Air Fryer Crunchwrap Supreme
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 6 tostada shells
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup vegetable oil for brushing
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown all over
Remove any extra grease
Follow the directions on the package to add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef
After you mix everything well, let it cook for a few minutes until it gets thick
Take it off the heat
Place a tostada shell in the middle of a flour tortilla that has been spread out
Cover the tostada shell with a big spoonful of nacho cheese sauce
Put some of the seasoned ground beef on top of the cheese sauce
Spread some sour cream on top, then add some shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes
Add cheddar cheese shreds on top of the vegetables
Fold the sides of the flour tortilla up and over the filling very carefully to make a hexagonal shape
Do it again with the rest of the tortillas and filling
Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C
Use a little vegetable oil to help each crunchwrap crisp up on the seam side
Make sure the crunchwraps don't touch each other when you put them in the air fryer basket
Place them seam-side down
For extra crunch, spray cooking spray on top of the crunchwraps
They should be air-fried for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and golden brown
